Policies, Terms & Conditions

1) To AVOID DUPLICATION OF ORDERS.
We ask that you do not send confirming orders.

2) MINIMUM ORDER: $50.00

3) PAYMENT: Net 30 days from date of invoice

4) PLACING ORDERS: When calling to place an order please have your Customer Number, this will help our Sales Order Desk to better service you.

5) PRICE POLICY: All prices should be confirmed at time of ordering. The continuing change of prices in raw materials makes it difficult to provide current price lists for a long period of time. We will advise of any price changes that may differ from your order prior to shipping.

6) SHIPPING: Orders are shipped FOB. Unless advised otherwise. Orders are usually processed, packaged, and shipped within 24 hours. If you require the goods the same day or next day delivery please ask the Telephone Sales Representative when placing your order.

7) CLAIMS: We take great care in filling, checking and packing your orders. On a rare occasion, a package may get damaged or lost in transit. If a truck shipment is damaged, note the damage on the delivery receipt and obtain an inspection report from the truck line immediately, then contact us.

8) RETURN GOODS POLICY: We will only accept goods returned from our customers at no charge to you under the following conditions:

(a) We have made an error in shipping or processing your order.
(b) Defects in the product.
(c) The product failed to perform as stated.
Any other reason for a return will be subject to a 15% restocking charge and all freight charges must be paid by the customer.
Customer products designed and manufactured for the customer are not returnable. In addition, any item that is not a standard item for us which is purchased for the convenience of the customer are not returnable.

9) TO MAKE A RETURN: Contact us directly and a RGA # will be given to be marked on the carton and the specified courier to ship the goods back in order to be received. Goods are to be returned within 30 days. When calling please provide full details as follows:
- The Packing Slip Number.
- The Product Code of the product returning.
- The Quantity you wish to return.
- The Reason for the return.


10) WARRANTY: Against any defects in the product. Return for exchange or credit. We must be contacted directly, unless otherwise advised.
